I was injured early in January. The Orthopedic Dr. said it would be at least 3-4 months of recovery time before returning to normal activities. Very good and professional. They show you how to do the stretches and provide corrections as needed in a very supportive way. Usually 2/3 of my visits is doing stretches and workout on the floor that address my scoliosis and then 1/3 is on the table getting massaged and stretched in specific targeted locations related to my condition
