I’m shocked that there are any positive reviews, honestly. After 2 weeks, I got my car back with zero issues fixed, or even any work attempted. Terrible communication between employees and terrible communication with customers. If you’re busy, as they claimed they are, then don’t take more cars in, schedule appointments! And when the customer approves a teardown, tell the technician! If you don’t have the software or scan tool to work on a vehicle, why even take it in at all? This place is a joke. This shop has years of knowledge and the tools to do the job, just some issues that I normally wouldn’t have mentioned but due to the situation im in writing this you’ll understand my thoughts Originally the car was dropped off for a full diagnostic with intent to form a itemized list of issues with my vehicle so I could plan and coordinate repairs to fit the budget I had set out to follow. I needed my Rotors and breaks done on my Lexus. S&I got my car in and out in a little over an hour and a half. They were so polite, welcoming and were so willing to walk me through any issues they noticed while my car was in the shop. They didn't make me feel like I needed anything done *RIGHT AWAY* and didn't use any kind of "scare tactics" that you usually hear of mechanics doing. I will FOREVER take my cars to S&I, and will be sending everyone I know there too!! They are truly fantastic here!!!
