I have 2 teen boys who have been going to Sports Advantage with TJ for almost a year, and it’s made a huge difference. My oldest does the Elite Speed classes for Track and Football. It improved his 100m dash time from 12.5 seconds last year to 11.6 seconds this year, and his 200m dash is now 23.78 seconds vs 25.04 last year. We are very happy with the specialized training TJ has done with our son who plays football. The combine class and speed/agility classes helped him improve his numbers helping to draw college attention. He even earned 8th place for the bench press at the 2026 WFCA combine. This is where he will be continuing to work going into camp season!

TJ and team in Oconomowoc run an awesome program that blends fun, competition, technique and progression to develop strength and speed for a variety of ages. The athletes get the right amount of support to make it super safe and effective depending on their ages. They always walk away exhausted but talking about the night and all the things they learned and tried! Highly recommend!

I started working out here in the summer of 2024. Stayed consistent throughout the year and saw MASSIVE improvement in my sprint times, jump height, and strength. Best place to be at ran by the best head trainer who knows what he’s talking about! Wouldn’t hesitate to come here and I tell athletes & just people who want to stay active to come here all the time!

Sports Advantedge is such a positive community of kids looking to better themselves. Coach TJ and other staff is awesome! Definitely recommend.
