Brian Bott is able to get me to access the parts that hurt, get me to work them, and have them actually feel good while I do it. Knows his stuff for sure. The coaches/trainers here are the most motivating we’ve encountered! They also make every effort to prevent injury by expertly choosing your athlete’s correct weight, reps and technique. It’s very individualized even in a group setting. My son has an incredible increase in self-confidence through the way they propelled him through tough work and affirmations!!! JESSICA took me from an 11:32 pace to a sub 9:30 in less than 4 weeks. Amazing individual and no pressure! Never thought it was possible!
