Very friendly, professional and efficient. My Old bike was fixed in less time than expected and it rides great now. I will definitely be going back to them with any bike questions or problems.

I’m new to Bluffton and have been to this store three times. I’ve bought one used commuter bike from them and had my racing bike serviced by this shop. They are always helpful and never try to up-sell you. 30’years of going to various bike shops in the Atlanta area and nothing matches the service at Sports Addiction!

Disappointed with their desire to help. I've already spent hundreds of dollars with them in bike tune ups and I do beleive they are a good company. But I was not feeling like they wanted to help me when I wanted to buy a new bike from them. They gave me a terrible disapointing number for trading in a nice hybrid and would not relax the pricing on the new bike. While I wanted to work with them, I will now look at alternatives. It's clear my past business meant nothing.

I'm doing a 375 barrier island adventure cycling ride this week and I had an issue with my bike. The owner of this store gave my bike immediate attention and I was back in the road in 20 minutes. I highly recommend Sports Addiction!
