The team at Sports Addiction are phenomenal. I brought a bike in with missing parts and they not only took 20 minutes out to repair it for me, they didn't charge me when they heard I was new in town. I liked them so much, I just bought a new bike from them, and they are going out of their way to make sure I'm 100% happy with the purchase. I only wish all businesses treated their customers this way. 100% recommended!
We went in to replace both tires on my wife’s bike and a new seat for mine. We received exceptional customer service. Great place to go. We highly recommend them.
Nice people, fixed me up with a lost bearing no charge. Nice shop.
I would give a thousand stars if i could !!! We live full time in our motor home traveling the country so getting things like service done on our bikes can be a challenge . We dropped our Velotric E bikes off at 10:30 am with the understandable expectation that we would be without them for several days .The crew at Sports Addiction had both of our bikes serviced and repaired by 3:30 that same day !!!! They understood our situation and truly helped us out by getting the repairs done so rapidly and at a very reasonable cost . ... read more
