Horrible service. Based on all their other reviews it's pretty obvious they don't care about customers... too bad, seemed like it could've been a really nice gym.
I’ve been going for about 2 years now. While I generally recommend SARC, there are a few things that knock a star off my review. Pros: Friendly staff, good classes, nice amenities like a dry sauna, steam room, clean and private showers, pool access. Cons: 1. The club is generally very busy, so access to mirror space, a bench, equipment, and machines can be difficult at times. There are many spaces to work out, so you can usually find SOMETHING.
