Sara with SportPix assisted me today with making sure my child’s pictures were paid for. She reassured me that she would make sure she processed everything today, and if she had questions, she would reach back out if she couldn’t locate my child’s order form. As I was sitting in my car, I received notification that a payment had processed on my card, and within a few seconds, I received a text thanking me for my purchase and to have a great weekend. Thanks, Ms. Sara, for following up with me.

I ordered volleyball pictures from SportPix. I haven't received them yet but wanted to put a shout to Sara. I checked the wrong box when ordering and if not for Sara I would have received 3 team pictures. She went above and beyond to send me a text and bring this to my attention. If not for her I wouldn't have any individual pics of my granddaughter!! Thanks Sara I appreciate you!

I've been using SportPix for 19 years now, and they never let me down. These ladies came in and knock out team and Individual pictures for my organization. I've bought the trading cards as a memory for the past 4 years for my boys. I purchased the trading cards for baseball season, and I noticed that my son's age, weight, and height were not on the cards. I emailed SportPix, and I received a response and solution within hours. They made new cards for me and shipped them free of charge. I was very pleased with the customer service they provided.
