A few years ago in my sons first season of soccer I did not order any wallet size photos and have decided I needed one to create a picture of all his soccer photos in wallet size. I emailed sportspix,inc and Sara Greene emailed me back very fast. She was super friendly and helped me order the photos.

We had a little confusion with our order, but Sara handled everything quickly and professionally. She responded promptly, clearly explained what happened, and made sure the order was corrected right away. Our pictures were mailed out quickly, and everything turned out great. Excellent customer service!

Sara with SportPix assisted me today with making sure my child’s pictures were paid for. She reassured me that she would make sure she processed everything today, and if she had questions, she would reach back out if she couldn’t locate my child’s order form. As I was sitting in my car, I received notification that a payment had processed on my card, and within a few seconds, I received a text thanking me for my purchase and to have a great weekend. Thanks, Ms. Sara, for following up with me.

I ordered volleyball pictures from SportPix. I haven't received them yet but wanted to put a shout to Sara. I checked the wrong box when ordering and if not for Sara I would have received 3 team pictures. She went above and beyond to send me a text and bring this to my attention. If not for her I wouldn't have any individual pics of my granddaughter!! Thanks Sara I appreciate you!
