Ok so I am pissed off now but… Curtis and the team feel like nice people and I now can see the are more than willing to go the extra mile for the customers. Yes Buy from them And yes if you get screwed they will work to fix it
I tried to order a Leica Calonox View 2 for over a year and they were never in stock ( because of Leica ) and each time I would talk to Sean Payton and he would promise he would let me know when they came in. I never believed he would actually call me but he did! He is a man of his word and in today’s world of NO callbacks it is refreshing to see there are still people who keep their word!! I have dealt with Spot Optics for many years and will continue!
I have purchased numerous items through several transactions with Sport Optics and have consistently found excellent selection, prices, but most of all, a very knowledgeable and thorough advisor in Sean. He is simply outstanding.
