I had AJ Garcia for my therapist and he found my problem area and corrected it in just a few sessions. He is an excellent Therapist.
Love the environment! And the staff are great! Jason is so knowledgeable and he explains what’s going on with my injury so clear and vividly. Thank you SporTherapy for helping me understand my body and the way it moves and how I can take better care of myself despite what’s going on with my limbs. I Definitely have place I can come to in case I encounter another joint problem ❤️
I found SporTherapy and Jason a few years back when I was recovering from a hamstring issue. When the pesky tendons started acting up again ( I am a stubborn aging runner), I was so thrilled to be able to work with him again. He is thorough and professional. I don't know how he manages to come up with new exercises that target the issues each time we meet. Sabrina is always a welcoming face at the North Arlington location is great to work with. Nobody wants to be injured but if you are, this is where you need to come.
Physical therapists are supportive and caring, and want me to improve by providing a targeted plan.
Jason and his team are amazing. Every session felt personalized to my needs and got me moving in the right direction for recovery. The front desk is friendly and easy to work with. Definitely worth the time!
