I am now in my second month of physical therapy and am healing from my arthritic knees. When the doctor recommended that I go to physical therapy at first I refused. I didn’t want to go because of the painful experience I had with physical therapy when I had a frozen shoulder. When I began my knee pain was constant and my right knee was very swollen.
