I have been a member for a year now. I am enjoying this great gym community. It is not your typical big and brassy gym for all. It is just right for me. They have classes that I regularly participate in. They have a wide variety of classes: yoga, zumba, calisthenics, HIIT, circuit. It definitely helped round out my workout routine.
