Thank you so much to Jamie and Ali for taking care of my S1000RR with the full exhaust install and custom tune! She sounds and rides absolutely amazing, super smooth. I can tell Jamie has incredible attention to detail and is extremely knowledgeable. He was happy to explain the process to me, and on pickup he showed me the power charts and explained certain details he picked up on.
Damaged my bike,said it fell off the work stand, peculiar since there was grind marks on the foot pegs and bar ends,and the handlebar was bent,aswell as tyre scuffs indicating a slide down the road .told the bike was ready to pickup ,forgot to fit the throttle fly by wire unit so no throttle,.it was a fiasco. There lies and unprofessionalism was beyond amateur. Had to go through my own insurance company to have the bike repaired.should have have a circus tent instead of a workshop for these clowns.
