Met Paul at my gyms open house and got about 10 -15 minutes worth of work on a sore shoulder/rotator cuff. Initially booked 30 minutes which was not nearly enough time as I should have booked an hour - was already feeling way better after my first session. Booked an hour the second time and plan to come frequently in combination with at home maintenance. Highly recommend 🙌💪🤙
I lucked out and slid into a day-of booking appointment with Paul for a new onset back pain. Plot twist- it’s actually my shoulder and posture! Paul used a few modalities to get me feeling so much better by the time I left only 30 minutes later. He’s very knowledgeable but explains things in an understandable way. I hope I won’t need to see him again anytime soon but if you think you do, just book an appointment.
Every time I see Paul or anyone from the SportBody work team my life improves. Today I came in with one functional arm and left a complete and comfortable and functional human being.
