I’ve been seeing Tricia at Sportbodywork for over a year now and nothing but appreciation and praise for how she’s transformed my posture and helped eliminate my shoulder/neck pain, especially in my traps where I held the most tension. I had a major incident with my lower back , spasms so harsh I couldn't move ! I couldn't get myself out of bed without rolling on the floor, and I couldn't stand up without pushing off my thighs with my hands ! Luckily, Tricia took the time to see me at Sportbodywork on Saturday ! Normally, a day off for her ! She went through extensive body work and explained each step of the way . I’ve had great bodywork throughout all of my sessions since I started seeing Paul in August 2023. Suffered with shoulder pain and poor mobility. Just after my first two sessions, right away it started feeling pain relief. Today my shoulder is better than it has been in 14+ years. This business is highly recommended!!
