Good price, variety and the person who helped us was nice. Hard to find though but I am assuming they are more a online web then a true store, nevertheless I would recommend bringing them a visit

Ordered a set of Sidi replacement toe sliders for my boots - 4 weeks later and they still haven't arrived. Contacted customer service and was told they'd have contact their rep to see what happened. Their tracking says it was delivered, but nothing came to my locked package delivery box. They don't seem to care now that they have my money. One word - RevZilla.
