Changing Times is the perfect place to go to on any day (and it stays open late) but the atmosphere on game days is like walking into a party; crowded with the sound of laughter & yells of a bad game call. During the week, it's quieter but always welcoming. The servers are quick to take and serve your order. Classic establishment! Check my previous reviews, all positive, any place around this long is always good to visit. The atmosphere is casual and inviting. The servers are experienced, pleasant and very efficient. The food is a step above the typical bar stuff, lots of choices, and some unique and some old favorites.
