Got some skis adjusted here. Everyone I interacted with was so nice and helpful… one pair of skis had bindings that were no longer good and they went out of their way to explain and teach me what to look for. It all worked out in the end and I will def be back!
I was biking my way to my parents to celebrate my dad's birthday when my bike broke down. I took my bike here in desperation and the mechanic was super helpful and kind. He helped me out even when he only had 5 minutes left of his shift. Super grateful !
Cam and the rest of the team did a phenomenal job on my Kona tune up. They were thorough, experienced and communicated every detail very well. Definitely recommend this place and will be back no doubt.
Avoid like the plague. Brought my bike for a broken chain replacement. Agreed to change the chain. They tried to sell me lights and a new derailleur as well. When I didn’t agree they just put my old chain back and charged full service fee. The chain is making the same sound as it was before it broke. I’m afraid it’s going to break any minute now and will put me at risk on the road.
Quick in and out repair! Dropped by to get my board tuned up and everyone in the store was amazingly helpful and knowledgeable. Will be coming back for any future needs.
