Bought online at a great price! Fast S&H, thanks for the Oilers jersey I was unable to find in Mexico or South Texas.
I was accused of damaging a purchased shirt. I noticed it was the damaged shirt when I got home, so I came to the store to return the damaged item. The two store managers disrespected me by yelling at me and accusing me in front of the store of damaging the shirt, and they called the police to have me removed. This type of bullying is not tolerated or justified. I want this to be corrected.
If I could give this place a 0 star I would. (Audrey) the manager has horrible people skills and is very disrespectful. I will for sure not be doing any business with them and I would recommend you do not either unless you liked being cursed at as well. While I was walking out she decided to tell me to leave and give me the peace sign. Very professional
I had the worst customer service experience at this location! The manager JOE was very rude and said things a MANAGER should never let come out their mouth. I will NEVER step foot in this store again!!!!
Its ok.the store temperature was very warm and sadly to say I became sick later that evening
