The therapists are amazing. Veronica in aquatics is patient and friendly. Makes the therapy enjoyable even though its tough. I would have rated 5 stars but the receptionsts can be rude. Some wouldn't even aknowledge me when I entered or exited the premises. To be more specific, the receptionist Paula is extremely rude and demeaning. I would have rated 5 stars but dealing with the receptionist is extremely unpleasant.
Been going to this Sports & Rehab Facility for nearly 5 years, since my stroke and have wonderful progress over time. Especially, having "Ashie" as my personal Therapist. She went beyond helping me and encouraged me along my struggles and helping me cope with my deficiency. I have now progressed to a level where I do my physical therapy more independently with some guidance. Everyone here is great- from the front desk staff to the therapists and assistants. After completing 6 weeks of PT I am pain free and able to get back to my normal life. Thanks to all for a wonderful experience!
