We ended up not using them. Seems focused on their sales process and business model rather than bespoke solutions. Probably ok if your need is generic mindset help. We had a specific need in a tight timeframe and I ended up being told to look at the different psychologists myself to see if one fit - rather than getting advice on who might fit the bill out of the team. Very disappointing experience. Sales person didn't seem to care at all - just focused on their pricing model and way of working.
