Great place. Very efficient. I made an appointment online at 8pm and was seen at 9am. Highly recommend.
Let me start by saying Dr Terri and the staff I’ve come in contact with were amazing! My review is based on the lady who handles surgery, pricing, insurance etc. I believe her name is Trudessa (not sure on spelling). I have been seeing Dr Terri for a few months. After an attempt at a cortisone shot for severe arthritis in my hip, he suggested an MRI to see the extent and extent reasons I’m having so much pain. This place is the best! They saved me from having to have surgery. Terry was great with my ortho care and the physical therapy guys Zac and Riley were top notch! A special thanks to Miss Debbie at the front desk! She really makes everyone feel welcome!
I am truly delighted to share my overwhelmingly positive experience with this establishment. Dr. Terri, in particular, was absolutely exceptional. He genuinely listened to my concerns and the issues I was experiencing, addressing them with remarkable attentiveness. Not only did I find some relief, but a contingency plan was also thoughtfully put in place should my condition not improve.
