I buzzed in at the accessibility entrance and the security told me “the entrance is two down to the right” I said it’s very odd for you to assume I don’t need an accessible entrance and then he buzzed me in…. Just to be met with no other way into the clinic than up some stairs WOW SO ACCESSIBLE AND KIND 😑😡 I really didn’t expect to be treated this way as a person with a disability going to a medical appointment.
