I would leave 0 stars if possible. I walked in a month ago to have a diagnostic done on my VW and, as expected, there were some engine parts that needed replacing. It’s understood that some of those fixes can take some time between ordering parts and labor. However, requesting updates on my car was the largest hassle, it took weeks to hear anything back at some points, at minimum days. I brought in my atlas for an electronic issue, the SOS system. Sports Durst ordered the new part and had it all fixed up within a week of figuring out the issue! I was very happy with their service and highly recommend them. They also have a complimentary shuttle service if your service will take a while. Thanks again!
