Christina was very transparent and knowledgeable. I asked about what I was in store for after I dropped off my car. She gave me the ins and outs of both the collision shop and the insurance company. I was given a lot of useful information that I was unaware existed. What was even better not only did Sport Durst do an amazing job on my paint job the detailed my car and even though my car is older when it was returned to me it looked almost new. What they did I thought my car was new again.
Hello yes the damage at the back of my car from the accident was fixed! But the 60 dollar 3 hour detail for my car that was offered at drop was very disappointing!!!! Whatever was used for the cleaning on my car def was not good!!!! When i picked up my car it was finger and water smears on the windows! I also noticed it was still there interior spills from when i dropped it off on my dashboard!!!! I had a very good experience with this center. I hit a large male racoon which took out the lower front left of my car. This company was on the list of my insurer to make repairs. They were very responsive in the process of waiting for the parts and updating their repairs. They did release it to me without a very small detail and asked me to come back for it, but I was happy to return the rental car early and happy to come back for the detail.
