I had an outstanding experience with this collision center, and I have to give a huge shoutout to Yashone. He was seriously amazing from start to finish. Not only did he clearly know his stuff, but he also made what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and manageable. Great service from Lisa the receptionist/customer service and Yashone an estimator handling my repair work. Yashone dealt with my insurance company and kept me updated with progress reports.
I Took my car in because someone had backed into me at a stoplight. The repair team was excellent! They explained what my repair would entail and how long they thought it would be. The text communications were great. Kept me up-to-date on the progress. When I picked up my car, the repairs were A+. I appreciate the team at sports collision and cosmetic center! Job well done!
Overall had an amazing time working with everybody at sportdurst collision! Very communicative over the phone, worked directly with my insurance, and provided great work in a timely manner. Will certainly be coming back if I ever require their services
