I had a total knee replacement in December and have been having sport Cryo twice a week since surgery. The total body and knee specific Cryo have helped my mobility and range of motion so much that my doctor has given me a prognosis of three months to recovery as opposed to one year. I recommend this program to anyone who is has an injury or is recovering from a surgery!! Thanks to Kim and Cindy for their expert care!

I have been going to Sport Cryo for about 4 months for back issues. I starred out going 2 - 3 times per week for the first 4 weeks. I'm now doing once a week. It has greatly reduced my pain, inflammation and increased my mobility and flexibility! I was out-of-town for 10 days last month and really felt the difference missing my weekly session!
