I went in today customer service was good, but hair cut was not. Had to go directly to another person right after. My hair cut was not what I wanted and the person who fixed my hair said everywhere was un even. Not a happy Customer here!!!!

It was a wonderful experience — the haircut was done perfectly and I’m very satisfied with the service.

Very rude. I had a voucher for a free haircut. The manager told me last time I was there that it was valid and would not expire. After receiving a terrible haircut ( only wanted a inch off the ends and got 4 inches cut off) When I handed them my voucher they were very rude and told me I couldn't use it. Very bad experience!!
