Very frustrating experience at Sport Clips Waterloo I had a really disappointing experience at Sport Clips in Waterloo. I was already there and waiting before another customer arrived, but apparently there is a self-check-in system that I was not aware of. The other customer walked in after me, knew about the self-check-in system, checked himself in, and was placed ahead of me in the queue.
