I went for first time with free coupon. I was excited but not happy with haircut. I asked lady barber (Maisie)which haircut will suit me, she quickly said your current hairstyle looks good. I think free coupon is the one which employees dont like . Its advertsed on the website barber will let you know which hairstyle suits you. The hairdresser was not friendly and helpful. I asked for the first-time customer discount, but she didn't apply it. It was a terrible experience. On top of all that, I also got this scratch on my neck from the haircut. I survived, but I won't be returning.

Was here with coupon for new customer coupon and they said I visited them 2 years ago. Which is false as I was not in Canada by then. Not sure what they do with my ID information.

Giving 4 stars just for Alisa, super good stylist and what ever style you ask she does good haircut. I tried 2 different stylist and never had satisfaction. But Alisa was so nice and understanding on what hair cut suits for you. Even though I need to wait for her appointment it's worth. Totally satisfied with haircut by Alisa.
