I’m writing this as a deeply concerned parent. We’ve been loyal patrons, but today’s experience was horrifying. My 10-year-old son suffered a cut on his left ear during a haircut with a stylist - Analie. Accidents with children require immediate care and sincere remorse. Instead, she was dismissive, and shockingly suggested we “wait it out” and continue. My son was visibly shaken and (in tears) unable to continue.
