What began as an unpleasant but isolated incident turned into a wonderful customer service experience. Misunderstanding or miscommunication led to my hair being cut in a way that I had in no way envisioned. Understanding my frustration, the manager Kim quickly approached to address the issue. Fortunately, Sierra was also working at the time of my visit and offered to correct the haircut to something closer to my original intent.
