I sat there for 30 minutes while two women finished. One was through with client and cleaned. I was a walk in. After 30 minutes went by another man walked in and he was a walk in like me. The lady that was ready took him first and left me for the other lady that spoke to me. He had only been there less than ten minutes the other lady still had a client to finish. The experience is always over the top! THE AMAZING WAY THAT IT IS A COMPLETE SPECTACULAR EXPERIENCE EVERY TIME I GO AND GET A HAIRCUT. I'VE BEEN GOING THERE FOR OVER A YEAR AND MY HAIR STYLIST, ELIDA, IS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND KNOWS HOW TO DEAL WITH MY HAIR.
Called ahead about 15 minutes and spoke with one associate. Asked about an appointment and pricing to which she was knowledgeable and replied it was "Walk-in" only. I went at about 4 in the afternoon on a Thursday. Signed in with the touch pad and was only able to sit for about 30 seconds until getting called for a cut. April was very skillful and quick to get the job done in a professional manner while also engaging in conversation throughout the cut. Hopefully her dog recovers.
Easy to get on the waiting list through the app. It is also very relieving to be able to communicate with hair stylists who speak and understand English. This is getting harder and harder to find here in the area of central Florida where I was born and raised.
