Absolutely, terrible experience. She knew she did me wrong all the staff there at the time knew it too... Wife just asked if i'd like to buzz off the mess left on the top of my head being the only reason I style my hair in the first place. What a relief, it is knowing I have such a great hat collection!!! Aviod any stylist that uses a spray bottle with pokemon stickers all over it and in the case she sees this and cans it any stylist with gauges in they're ears just to be on the safe side...
