I’ve been a customer here for the last three years and have always had a positive experience. This visit, however, was disappointing. The service felt rushed, and I got the impression that they wanted to get rid of me rather than assist me. I hope this was just an isolated incident.
I’ve been to this location at White Oak several times now any had Tracey as my stylist and have been very happy with my results! She does my haircut and cut perfectly and I leave feeling so good. I will always request her when I come to Sports Clips!
