Scotti at the SportsClip Cross Pointe Center - Morganton Rd location in Fayetteville, NC is by far THE BEST stylist I’ve ever had. She’s consistent & knows exactly what I want every single time I sit in her chair. 💇🪮 She has her own cool vibe & is easy to talk to while she’s cutting. She doesn’t cut more than she should as she talks either. 😆 PLUS, she’s FAST! And not in the hurry up, get another client, and screw-up your hair kind of way. Horrible service. Arrived at 10:02 for fist available. Was told “on deck”, twice, with the first on deck happening at 10:15. Got pushed back 3 times. Ended up leaving at 10:38 without a haircut. By far worst SportsClips I have been to. Needs new management, as I have seen most of the recent reviews have had similar issues. It’s always great to see management hit you with the generic BS “we value your opinion” line without doing anything to change practices or make up for the service.
Great service. I feel like I can own a business branch after I got my haircut.
Bad haircut. Over charged, charged for vip did not receive any of the vip service.
