3rd haircut in a row where they go so fast they mess up. One side is faded, the other side not faded at all, while I tell them every single time to cut my cow lick off but they keep leaving it, so now I have a cow lick sticking up in the back every day because they didn't cut the cow lick down as I have thin hair. Great people, great service, but the haircuts need to slow down because they are missing the details in the cut. I am going somewhere else because I'm there for the haircut not the service.
The girls at the Waterville location are always so great and do an amazing job!
