All the staff are very, very friendly, which is so nice. Carnetha is my stylist forever! She really listens to how I want it cut, then she actually cuts it that way!!! I've had stylists who seemed to listen to my requests, then they just cut it how they want. Are there others out there who know want I'm talking about?!?
