The checkin system is flawed and customers dont like it. 3 other people in waiting room all complained about it. We all have had bad experiences where someone checks in and we got to the store and the stylist is not doing anything just sitting there. Someone was infront of me but I was in-store and the other person wasn't there. I waited 12 mins for the other person to get there. I walked out after that. Added 3 kids to the wait list. Arrived to this location 5 minutes to our scheduled time to arrive. Had to wait 20 minutes after arriving. My first child was finally next up to our selected stylist and decided to take a different man instead who missed his arrival time over the people who arrived in a timely manner and patiently waited even though she was already behind. We won’t be returning after this. We will take our 4 haircuts (3 kids and dad) and over $200 of service every 4-6 weeks somewhere else.
Gabriella was my stylist, she was nice, but I will not be going back to this location. Got the mvp and I was there for less than 15 minutes. My hair and the style I normally cut it in takes at least 20 minutes, without MVP. And that is the time for a very experienced stylist at sports clips. Could tell she was rushing to get as many people in the door in as possible, which I do not like. One sideburn was cut well shorter than the other so I had to fix it when I got home. Best haircut
Rae was fantastic! She cut my son's hair amazingly and got his wierd cowlick to lay perfectly with the rest of his hair and still kept his surgery scars hidden. Rae has incredible talent and patience, I highly recommend her for any cut!
