Elsie always makes my appointments enjoyable. She knows exactly how I like my hair and beard trimmed. The MVP experience is relaxing and worth the extra cost to me. I specifically go to the University Place location to have Elsie cut my hair.
Bad haircut experience!!! I went in to get my haircut around 5 pm on a Saturday so I know they are getting ready to close shop at 6 but still a whole hour left, I walk in and they are actually nice and greet me, but the moment I sat down I felt the girl rushed to get me done and get out and of there, she cut my hair waaaaay to much, she didn’t even ask if the length was okay, she just did it, which I guess is okay (hair grows after all) but when I get home and I checked, she didn’t do an even job, it looked pretty bad, so no... read more
