While my son enjoys getting his haircut at Sport Clips, my last visit was not what I had expected. For months I had been getting his card punched to get his 6th haircut at 50% off. Instead of paying $30 I should have been charged $15. Instead,I was given a $1.50 discount and paid $28.50. Update...Mary (Location Manager) contacted me today and offered a solution to make up the the mistake made last at my last visit. Thank you for making it right. We'll be back to this location soon. Star rating updated as well.
