Stay clear of this place. The people here would rather talk and gossip rather than trying to get the room full of customers taken care of. I scheduled my haircuts, and get there 2 minutes after the time it said to arrive. Then I was put on the bottom of the list. Wasted 30 minutes waiting for a haircut to be told I was put on the bottom of the list. And the haircuts from there are pretty bad as it is. Best bet is to find somewhere else to go then waste your time and money here.

Great experience all around! I had my haircut done by Gabriella and my son’s was done by Giselle, and both of them did an amazing job. These two women are absolutely sweet, friendly, and know how to keep a good conversation going while cutting and washing your hair. Gabriella gave me one of the best cuts I have had in a long time, and Giselle took great care of my son. He walked out smiling and feeling confident. Had an appointment for 10am. Due to SA traffic I was about 8 mins late. After answering the all the damn questions on the tablet to check in I was even later. Well it said my wait time was 33 mins. I stood there for another 5 mins to talk to an employee to figure out why….one employee stood there talking to a customer for ever after he had already paid and another employee just stood there looking at me. My husband made a appointment to get his hair done and my son and was 5 minutes late(San Antonio traffic) he spent 5 minutes standing there waiting on them, then when they finally got to him they said since he wasn’t there on time their system kicked them to the bottom of the list which was a 45 mins wait.. it’s one thing to have that happen that’s understandable, what’s not understandable is the attitude he received- if they weren’t just standing talking about nothing.
