My hair stylist was fantastic. I got right in with pretty much no wait and I got a great haircut. I was offered the wash and I said yes not knowing everything involved. It was awesome to get the hot towel and massage chair while my hair was washed, after this there was the neck massage, all was fantastic and I ended up with a great haircut. Very appreciative and have absolutely no complaints, will be back.
Lexi, the store manager, styled my hair for the second time. I didn't have to (re)explain what I wanted, she got the gist of it then did her own take. I went home, rewashed all the product out of my hair, slept on it over night--and it was PERFECT the next day! No waiting for two weeks for this cut to improve!

Great staff and service! I really enjoy the MVP experience provided where they wash the hair, give me a warm towel for my face and massage the shoulders. Megan who was my stylist was great and gave me a great haircut.
Had an appointment and was up with zero minutes and the ladies each called up 2 people who were still with wait times. It is frustrating that my time isn't valuable and some kind of favoritism is acceptable.
