The manager of this place stopped my 3 year old hair cut because he was crying and she wasn’t even the one cutting it. He is a child! She stopped the hair cut right in the middle of his haircut. Such an inconsiderate service and just brutally mean towards a 3 year old. We made a mistake of coming but the manager should learn some customer service skills. Not okay to put a 3 year old out. They will get official complaint and blast on social media.
Impossible to get a haircut. If you don’t check in online you are told they cannot accommodate you as a walk in but if you do check in online, it says you’re up next but then you are told they cannot get to you before closing. I was next up with an hour before closing and told they can’t get to me.
