Their waiting system is inaccurate. I signed up for a spot when they had zero minute wait time, then when I got to the store it said a 30-minute wait time. I was just in for a touch up so they could have done that between clients but they let a couple people ahead of me. I ended up waiting 50 minutes and leaving because I had to go somewhere

I have always settled for my boys haircuts because no salon ever seems to get it right. I've taken them everywhere and even good haircuts are a little off. For the start of school we had a similar experience and took them somewhere else and the haircuts were terrible but I didn't want to pay to fix it somewhere else.
