Aspen was amazing! I came in for a pre wedding haircut and she had me looking fly as hell. She gained a lifetime customer.
I have been seeing stylist, Cindy for a couple of years now. She always listens to what I am looking for in a cut & does her best to give me the style I am looking for; I wear my hair short, so my ask is always pretty consistent so she knows what to do each time I come in; she always does a nice job & we generally have great conversations as well. Cindy is a real asset to your organization.
This place is terrible. Got in line online. I get message saying I’m next with zero wait time and no other clients on the waitlist. I get in a couple minutes later and the two stylist are working on someone that walked in and not on the waitlist so all of a sudden my wait time is now 24 mins. Which means they took in clients before me despite me being first on the list. What’s the point of the online waiting if you’re not going to honor it? Terrible customer service experience.
