Their online wait list system is inaccurate and a waste of time. I joined the online wait list and showed up at the time their system said to arrive. Upon arrival, I received a message stating I am no longer on the line up. When I checked in I was at the bottom of the list and had to wait over an hour to get my hair cut on top of the hour and a half I previouly waited when I was on the online list the first time.

Great service! Linda (the manager) is an excellent stylist, very engaging, and is a "Rock Star"! Sports-themed atmosphere is solid. The "MVP" package is a great deal. Online check-in works nicely, and the updates via the app are helpful.
Ray is amazing. I will definitely go back.
I enjoyed how thorough the haircut was. I will definitely come back.
