First timer at this location and couldn't be more pleased with the facilities and especially the service from Carissa. She welcomed me as soon as I entered the store and since I had already scheduled via the app, she reassured me that I was firmly in the queue. Her superb ability to cut and style my hair as well as performing the MVP services was fantastic. Will be back to see her again!
