I started going to this location since I moved out here. Always a good experience. I like to find and stick with a stylist who is friendly, and can do my hair well, which is a very simple haircut. During my first few experiences was with Pat. Cut the top way too short when I had specified 3/4 inch off, almost an additional 1/2 inch was cut off. My stylist Carmen was awesome! Very professional and social. I loved the massage chair and my new look. I have gotten a lot of compliments on my new cut.

0/5. Do not go here, and if you do AVOID PAT. This person fraudulently scams customers. She scratched my neck with a razor and offered to "rinse my head" at NO CHARGE. After rinsing my hair for 5 seconds, she goes ahead and charges me with the MVP haircut (mind you: she cut MY neck, so I ultimately paid extra to get literally cut by the hair stylist. lol). Blatantly illegal behavior charging customers like this; this individual should be fired.

I was a walk-in for a regular haircut, no bells and whistles. My "hairstylist" was Pat. She was condescending, rough, and would not listen to what I wanted. As soon as I sat in her chair, she told me that she would have to wash my hair otherwise she would cut herself during my haircut. I told her that my hair was freshly washed and I had a sensitive scalp so I didn't want it washed. She persisted and essentially told me that I had to get it washed or she could not cut it.
