The stylists were cutting each others hair, while making customers wait. We waited for at least 10 mins before they were done. Very unprofessional. I paid for 2 haircuts, and was told I couldn’t get a military discount because I didn’t get the wash!!! What the heck is going on in this place? I’d rather make the trip to Carlisle than ever come back here.
Jessica cared about my haircut and took her time so she could do a really good job. Highly recommend her.
