The staff is beyond friendly, knowledgeable about products and cutting techniques, and very professional! They have toys for the kids while they wait and even offer a sucker after the cut!

I took my son and daughter for haircuts this week. My son left with crooked bangs. The same stylist had an attitude about cutting my daughters long hair. It's almost waist lenghth and she wanted to go about 2 inches below the shoulders, with my blessing. She was so excited to get it done. The stylist cut about half of an inch off and butchered her ends making random snips. It was so uneven and all over the place. I had to take her to another salon to have it fixed. Poor atmosphere. My husband and son LOVE Sportclips! All the girls that work there are incredibly friendly, and excellent at what they do. The store is always clean, and we never have to wait very long to be seen. They rave about the MVP experience, with the warm steam towel, and the tingly shampoo finished with a shoulder and neck massage. Best place in town!
I had a terrible experience here!!! My son received the worst haircut of his life and the owner refused to refund my money. Extremely unprofessional!!!!!! We will never go back!!!!
I was a loyal sports clips until today! I was so appaled by the service I would never go back! I went in for a cut with 2 people in front of me with 4 stylist. Asst manager told me it would take a few minutes. There was no friendly customer service and I knew from the get go it would get worst. 2 guys got done with their cuts so I was next which was quick however the first girl went to the back and never came back!The other girl cleaned her station and went to the back. My husband and daughter went there to get hai cut today they charge way over the price they state on there web site. Will never go there again. They seem to make up there on prices. I could see if the cut was great but their not.
