I signed up for a specific stylist, I was the only one in there. Another guy comes in with a first available and instead of Marleen cutting my hair, she took the guy who arrived to the store after me then told me some other stylist could cut my hair. Completely unprofessional and I’m not sure why she didn’t cut my hair if there was other stylists available for the guy who chose any stylist.
I like Elyssa from pearland she is very good stylist and a great person 10/10 good job
Best haircut in town! Is there a wait? Yes Is it worth it? Yes I have had my haircut by every stylist there, multiple times, and they all are good!! Very friendly, professional and personal.
Dre is an excellent stylist. I trust she will always provide the best outcome!
Place is absolutely terrible. Lady had to be 65+ and had no idea what to do even after I showed videos, pictures, and repeated what I wanted as she was doing it. Absolutely horrible service. You should not be hiring people that do not know how to give a basic hair cut.
