Dom is amazing. She gave me a great haircut. The 3 stars is for her and her alone. However, and this has nothing to do with Dom, Im concerned because its apparently under new management and the new management is requiring stylists to add a $10 "Detailed Haircut Add-on" extra fee above and beyond the regular MVP fee. I got the same haircut Ive always gotten every other time ive been to this Sport Clips, just paid $10 more. A great way to waste a Saturday morning. Check in at 9am, get a text at 10:30am saying to head to the store. Arrive 10 minutes later and my name had been removed from the list. They swore I had the wrong store even after I showed them the automated text and email. I was told I would be pulled back next, but after 45 minutes and 5 people going before me I decided they lost the business of this household. AVOID!!! Places in Nexton are the same price or cheaper, FYI.

I started going here for one and only reason. Katilyn is absolutely amazing. She always cuts my hair perfectly and her sweet bubbly personality makes it an absolute joy. I know this is primarily a men's shop however as long as she is there, they will have my business. If you are going and she is on shift, ask for her. You will not be disappointed.
Absolutely one of the worst cuts I've ever had. She acted like she was scared to take any hair off. I payed $28 for a shifty trim job I could have done myself for nothing. I also think I should be given another cut by another employee. Won't go back until then!!
