What a hit or miss place.... seriously waited 2 hours for a cut. The lady cut my sons bangs VERY visibly crooked. She did fix it without fuss when mentioning. Sometimes they have great stylist, sometimes not so much...
Alana was my stylist and I’ve never really figure out how to explain my hair but she just knew! She is awesome! Loved my haircut and all the perks!
Waited over and HOURS AND A HALF past my cut time as they continued to reset my time to past 30 minutes . I even checked in inside of the store and walked back in waited and they reset my time AGAIN while I’m sitting down . They just kept calling other peoples names even tho I checked in on the app and in store . Will NOT be returning
